At Optimus KNF, the welfare of our pets and the satisfaction of our adopters are our top priorities. This Return Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and limitations for returning a pet after adoption.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1. Adopters may request a return within 3 days of taking the pet home.
2. The pet must be returned in good health and as received, with all original documentation and supplies provided at the time of adoption.
3. Returns are not allowed after the 3-day period from the date of adoption.

3. Return Procedure

To return a pet:

1. Contact Optimus KNF support immediately via email or phone within 3 days of adoption.
2. Provide your adoption order number, the pet’s name, and reason for the return.
3. The adoption center will review your request and provide instructions for returning the pet safely.
4. Adopters may need to bring the pet back to the center for evaluation before the return is approved.

4. Refunds on Returns

1. Approved returns may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on:

3. Any costs incurred for veterinary care or pet supplies
4. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Refunds are subject to deduction of administrative fees as applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Pets cannot be returned under the following circumstances:

2. If the pet has been neglected, injured, or harmed by the adopter.
3. If the pet has already received medical treatment or permanent changes under the adopter’s care.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Optimus KNF is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the adopter outside the approved return process.
2. The decision regarding returns is final and determined by the adoption center.
